Advanced Plan/Available soon

With Kanbert's Advanced Plan, you replace existing task and project management tools. Having everything in one software has many advantages.

Accountig

Extensions of financial analyses including cash flow management. Upgrades in external cost management. Advanced accounting features such as benefit accruals and more are part of the Advanced Plan.

Project Management

There will be an advanced version for advanced project management tools such as task management, phases & milestones and much more.

Chart of Accounts and Cost Plans

Use the same booking accounts as your tax advisor and plan the costs on the accounts. In the advanced version, you can already use and plan booking accounts.

In-depth Expense Accounting

In the advanced version, more expense accounting functions can be used, such as automatic, regular billing or even the proof of performance attached directly to the invoice as a PDF and much more.

Documentation

Collaborative documentation in Kanbert will strengthen team collaboration. Processes, customers and projects, as well as many other topics, can therefore be seamlessly documented in Kanbert.

Down Payment/Installment Invoice Management

In the advanced version, billing plans with down payments, partial payments and final invoices are clearly organized.

Expert Plan/Available soon

The Expert Plan includes all features that Kanbert offers and will be relevant for those people in the company who have full insight and control in every area.

Financial and Performance Analyses

Expanded features for coordination with tax consultants. Cash flow and profit forecasts, analyses and controlling. Employee controlling in detail.

Project Finances

Expanded project finances up to project profit, taking into account personnel costs, contribution margin per hour and more.

More Features

In the expert version, other topics such as payment accounts, expense accounts, bank interface and DATEV interface can be used.

How we work

We work with SCRUM methodology and regularly release updates.
Bug fixes or urgent optimizations are carried out on an ongoing basis.

Release notes and information are posted online for every update. No action is required for version updates, this happens automatically and efforts are made to restrict the use of the software as little as possible.
