Kanbert's Basic Plan includes the following project management functions:

- Easy expense accounting
- Project overview
- Capacity planning and resource overview
- Expenditure categories
- Manage hourly rates
Projects in Kanbert are perfectly integrated with all other modules. If you want to use more in-depth project management features, you can upgrade the plan to Advanced or Expert at a later date. This will then give you access to features such as task management, phases and milestones, and many other functions.
Analyses
Kanbert's Basic Plan includes the following analysis functions:
- Performance analysis (working time to project time from overall overview to detailed views)
- Sales analyses
- Project analyses
The analyses in Kanbert allow you to see exactly the KPI's that help you make decisions. Transparency and correct KPIs are an important part of your controlling in Kanbert. If you want to use even more analytics features, such as a presentation of your company's balance sheet, you can upgrade your plan to Advanced or Expert at a later date.
Templates
Kanbert's Basic Plan includes the following analysis functions:
- Easily manage offer templates
- PDF Designer/PDF templates for different PDF types (e.g. offers/invoices/etc.)
Kanbert's Basic Plan already includes offer templates. If you upgrade your plan to Advanced or Expert, you can also use entire project templates.

The Advanced and Expert plans will be available for you soon. Kanbert's first customers are already using these versions, we're still working on the final details to activate the two plans for everyone.
